AI Convergence Education Department – Curriculum

Undergraduate Program

1. Department Overview

The AI Convergence Education Department aims to cultivate talent who will lead the next generation of Christian education and social change by converging artificial intelligence (AI) technology with fields such as education, mission, business administration, media, and counseling.
Based on a Christian worldview, this department is designed to enable students to develop practical skills through diverse practical experiences and projects while learning about AI-applied education and coaching, data analysis, digital media utilization, and business strategy.

  • Degree: Bachelor of Arts in AI Convergence Education (Bachelor’s Degree in AI Convergence Education)
  • Credit System: Total 120 credits (based on 40 courses at 3 credits per course)
  • Operation Method: Semester system (with optional summer and winter sessions)
  • Graduation Requirements: Completion of 120 credits, including 12 required courses (36 credits) out of 40 courses (120 credits)
  • Core Educational Goals:
    • Develop innovative Christian education methods by converging AI technology and education.
    • Expand missionary and social influence in the digital environment.
    • Research future education models through data-based education and trend analysis.
    • Acquire AI-based psychological counseling and consulting skills.
    • Apply creative content production and marketing strategies using AI and media.

Master’s Program

1. Department Overview

The Master’s Program in AI Convergence Education aims to cultivate experts with scholarly research and practical skills by applying AI technology to various fields such as education, mission, business administration, media, counseling, and coaching.

This program covers AI-applied educational innovation, data analysis, digital media missions, AI-based counseling, and organizational leadership. It is designed to develop practical skills through project-based and research-oriented courses.

  • Degree: Master of Arts in AI Convergence Education (Master’s Degree in AI Convergence Education)
  • Credit System: Total 45 credits (based on 13 courses at 3 credits per course + 3-credit practicum course)
  • Operation Method: Semester system (with optional summer and winter sessions)
  • Graduation Requirements: Completion of 45 credits, including 8 required courses
  • Core Educational Goals:
    • AI-based education research and application.
    • Convergence of education, mission, counseling, business administration, and management using data and artificial intelligence.
    • Development of educational platforms and content using AI technology.
    • Leadership and organizational innovation using AI and coaching.

Doctoral Program

1. Department Overview

The Doctoral Program in AI Convergence Education shares courses with the Master’s Program while adding doctoral-level specialized courses for advanced research and in-depth learning. It is a program that researches the convergence of AI technology with education, mission, counseling, business administration, and media.

Based on a Christian worldview, it conducts in-depth research on education and social change in the AI era, including thesis research and project-based learning.

  • Degree: Doctor of Philosophy in AI Convergence Education (Doctor of Philosophy in AI Convergence Education)
  • Credit System: Total 52 credits (Master’s program course sharing + Doctoral program additional courses + thesis research)
  • Operation Method: Semester system (with optional summer and winter sessions)
  • Graduation Requirements: Completion of 52 credits, including 9 required courses
  • Core Educational Goals:
    • In-depth research and application of AI technology in education, mission, counseling, and business administration.
