GMU Spring 2024 Graduation: GMU 2024 봄학기 졸업 관련

안녕하세요. 24년 6월 졸업예정자님들,

여러분의 졸업을 축하드리며, 졸업식 관련하여 공지드립니다.

1. 졸업 참석여부:

• 졸업식 당일 식사준비를 위해 졸업자와 가족 참여여부를 확인합니다.
• 식사시간: 6월 3일 월요일 오후 5시
• 장소: 은혜 한인교회 2층 친교실 (1645 W. Valencia Dr., Fullerton, CA 92833)
• 식사비: 본인포함 4명은 졸업비에 포함됨, 5명째 부터는 1명단 $20 추가비용
• 담당자: 백옥경 과장, [email protected]
• 참석인원을 통보하신 분들을 제외하고 입학처에서 연락오면 알려주시기 바랍니다.

2. 졸업가운 픽업:

• 기간: 4월 29일 ~ 5월 2일  (월, 화, 수, 목만 가능) (해외 및 온라인 학생은 졸업식 당일에 졸업가운이 로비에 준비됩니다.)  
• 시간: 오전 10:00 ~ 11:30, 오후 1:30 ~ 4:30
• 장소: GMU 3층 행정실

• 연락: 714 525 0088 (x109, x110) or 졸업생 단톡방에 카톡연결됨
• *가운은 졸업식 후 졸업식장 로비에 반납해야 합니다.

3. 졸업사진 촬영:

• 개인사진: 5월 6일 월요일, 오후 2~5시
• 단체사진: 5월 9일 목요일, 오후 2~5시
• 장소: 코이노니아 (GMU 1층)
• 사진작가: 박봉성 국장
• 담당자: 졸업준비위원장 (최경하 전도사 [email protected], 이기환 집사  [email protected])
• 사진촬영 당일과 졸업식에는 정장차림과 졸업가운을 준비합니다.
• *사진촬영을 못하시는 분들은 증명사진을 반드시 5/11까지 최경하 전도사님에게 보내주시기 바랍니다.(사진은 졸업순서지에 기재됩니다.)

4. 졸업사정 인터뷰:

• 일시: 5월 16일 목요 오후 3시 ~ 5시
• 장소: GMU 총장실 305호 (해외 졸업자 zoom참여 줌 번호 차후 공지)
• *면접시간은 학위별로 다릅니다. 잘 확인하시고 참석하시기 바랍니다.
• BACC/BATh: 오후 3시, MDiv: 오후 3시 30분, MACE/MACC/MAICS: 오후 4시 30분
• 담당자: 졸업준비위원장 (최경하 전도사 [email protected], 이기환 집사  [email protected])
• 2023년 가을학기에 인터뷰를 마치신 분들은 참석하지 않으셔도 됩니다.

5. 졸업 사은회:

• 일시: 5월 25일 토요일 오후 5:30 ~ 7:00pm
• 장소: GMU 도서관
• 참석자: 졸업자와 GMU 교수
• 담당자: 졸업준비위원장 (최경하 전도사 [email protected], 이기환 집사  [email protected])

6. 졸업식 일정:

• 일시: 2024년 6월 3일 월요일, 오후 7시 졸업식, 오후 5시 식사, 오후 5:30 졸업식 리허설(졸업생 전원 리허설 참석)
• 장소: 은혜한인교회 비전센터 본당 (1645 W. Valencia Dr., Fullerton, CA 92833)
• 추가 졸업사진 촬영: 해외 및 온라인 졸업생만 해당, 오후 2- 5시 (당일 촬영자는 미리 졸업준비위원회에 도착 시간을 알려주시기 바랍니다.)
• 담당자: 졸업준비위원회 (최경하 전도사 [email protected], 이기환 집사  [email protected])

7. 졸업장 및 앨범

• 졸업식 때 받게되는 졸업장: 졸업식에서 수여하는 졸업장은 임시입니다.(케이스는 보관하시고, 완료된 졸업장을 받게되면 케이스에 보관하시면 됩니다.)
• 완성된 졸업장: 성적, 학비 및 졸업에 관련된 행정 작업이 완료되면 추후 학교에서 연락을 드립니다.(8월 말 배부 예정)
• 졸업 앨범: 졸업사진은 PDF나 원본 사진 파일로 제공됩니다. 준비가 완료되면 학교에서 연락을 드릴 것입니다.

Dear June 24th Graduates,

Congratulations on your graduation, and here's a reminder about the ceremony.

1. Graduation attendance:

• Confirm graduates and family participation in order to prepare for the meal on graduation day.
• Time: Monday, June 3, 5:00 pm (1645 W. Valencia Dr., Fullerton, CA 92833)
• Location: Grace Korean Church 2nd floor fellowship hall
• Cost: Graduation fee included for 4 people, $20 per person for the 5th person.

• Please let us know when the Admissions Office contacts you, except for those who have already informed us of their attendance.

2. Graduation Gown Pickup:

• Pickup period: April 29 - May 2 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday only) (Overseas and Online Students, your graduation gown will be in the lobby on the day of the ceremony).
• Time: 10:00 - 11:30 am, 1:30 - 4:30 pm
• Location: GMU 3rd Floor Administration Office

• *Gowns must be returned to the lobby of the graduation center after the graduation ceremony.

3. Graduation Photos:

• Individual photos: Monday, May 6, 2-5 pm
• Group photos: Thursday, May 9, 2-5 pm
• Where: Koinonia (GMU 1st floor)
• Photographer: Bongseong Park

• Have a suit and gown for photo day and graduation.
• *For those who are unable to take a photo, please send a certified photo to Kyung Ha Choi by 5/11 (the photo will be listed in the graduation order book).

4. Graduation Interview:

• Date: Thursday, May 16  3:00 - 5:00 pm
• Location: GMU President's Office, Room 305 (Zoom number for overseas graduates to be announced later)
• *Interview times vary by degree. Please check carefully and plan to attend.
• BACC/BATh: 3:00 pm, MDiv: 3:30 pm, MACE/MACC/MAICS: 4:30 pm

• If you have completed your interview for Fall 2023, you do not need to attend.

5. Graduation Appreciation Party:

• When: Saturday, May 25  5:30 - 7:00 pm
• Location: GMU Library
• Attendees: Graduates and GMU Professors

6. Graduation Ceremony Schedule:

• Date: Monday, June 3, 2024, 7:00 pm Graduation Ceremony, 5:00 pm Meal, 5:30 pm Graduation Rehearsal (all graduates attend rehearsal)
• Location: Grace Korean Church Vision Center Main Hall (1645 W. Valencia Dr., Fullerton, CA 92833)
• Additional Graduation Photos: Overseas and Online graduates only, 2-5pm (Please notify the Graduation Committee in advance of your arrival time.)

7. Diplomas and Yearbooks

• Diploma you receive at graduation: The diploma you receive at graduation is temporary (Keep the case, and when you receive your completed diploma, keep it in the case).
• Completed diploma: You will be contacted by the school at a later date once the administrative tasks related to grades, tuition, and graduation are complete (expected to be distributed in late August).
• Yearbook: Your graduation photo will be provided as a PDF or original photo file. The school will contact you when they are ready.
