2026년 봄학기 졸업을 준비하는 학생 여러분께 졸업 신청과 관련된 안내를 드립니다. 원활한 졸업 절차 진행을 위해 아래 내용을 꼼꼼히 확인하시고 기한 내에 필요한 서류를 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

1)   졸업 신청 마감: 2026년 3월 31일

2)   졸업식 일정: 2026년 6월 1일 7시  (자세한 내용은 추후 이메일을 통해 안내 예정)

*** 졸업을 신청한 학생께서는 반드시 교무과를 통해 졸업 요건 및 학점 이수를 점검 받으시기 바랍니다. (이미 점검을 완료한 경우 제외) ***

다음 세 가지 서류를 작성하여 registrar@gm.edu로 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

1)    졸업신청서

• 신청서에 본인 정보를 기입한 후 서명과 날짜를 작성합니다.
• 신청서 제출 후, 졸업비는 POPULI에서 납부하실 수 있으며, 납부 기한은 3월31일까지입니다. 재정부로 문의바랍니다 (finance@gm.edu )
• 졸업비는
• 학.석사 : $450 (참석 시), $370 (불참 시),
• 박사 : $550 (참석 시), $450 (불참 시)
• 참석과 불참석을 반드시 알려주셔야 합니다. (금액이 달라지므로)

2)   졸업 신앙 서약서

• 성명서를 읽고 동의하는 경우 서명합니다.
• 서명한 페이지만 제출하며, 나머지 내용은 본인이 보관합니다.

3)   졸업 비전 선언문

• 자신의 비전과 목표를 정리하여 1페이지 이내로 작성합니다.

4)   졸업사정 점검표 제출 (3월 31일까지 제출)

• 졸업사정 점검표는 3월 31일까지 registrar@gm.edu로 제출해 주시기 바랍니다. 각 항목을 확인한 후, 완료된 경우 해당 항목 옆 공란에 "OK"를 기입해 주세요.

• I-20 학생의 경우, 반드시 DSO(국제학생 담당자)와 상담 후 서명을 받아야 합니다.

This is an announcement for students preparing for Spring 2026 Graduation. To ensure a smooth graduation process, please read the following information carefully and submit all the required documents by the deadline.

Please make sure to review the attached graduation instructions in your preferred language, and submit the four required documents (No. 1–4) to the Registrar’s Office by March 31, 2026.

1. Application Deadline: March 31, 2026
2. Graduation Ceremony: June 1, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. (Further details will be announced later by email.)

All students applying for graduation must have their graduation requirements and completed credits reviewed by the Registrar’s Office. (This does not apply to students who have already completed the graduation check.)

Please complete and submit the following documents to registrar@gm.edu by March 31, 2026.

1. Graduation Application Form
   • Fill in your personal information, sign, and date the form.
   • After submitting the application form, the graduation fee must be paid through Populi by March 31.
   • Graduation Fees: • Bachelor’s & Master’s: $450 (if attending), $370 (if not attending) • Doctoral: $550 (if attending), $450 (if not attending)
   • Please indicate clearly whether you will attend the ceremony, as the fee differs.
2. Graduation Faith Statement
   • Read the statement carefully and sign if you agree.
   • Submit only the signed page; keep the remaining pages for your own record.
3. Graduation Vision Statement
   • Write your personal vision and goals in one page or less. Graduation Exit survey

• • Submit your completed checklist to registrar@gm.edu by March 31.
  • Review each item carefully, and mark “OK” next to the items you have completed.
  • For I-20 students, please consult with the DSO (Designated School Official) and obtain the DSO’s signature.

과목이 KOR, ENG, CHI, IND, SPA 5개의 언어권으로 나뉘어져 있습니다. 자신의 언어권을 잘 확인하고 과목을 선택하셔야 합니다.(아래의 사진을 참고하세요.)

• Course Registration Period: December 22 – January 9, 6:00 PM (A $100 late fee will be charged for registration after this date.)
• Tuition Payment Period: January 12 – January 23, 6:00 PM (A $100 late fee will be charged for late payments.)

• Application Period: December 15 – December 26
