2025 봄학기 졸업신청 공지: 📢 Spring 2025 Graduation Application Notice

GMU 학생 여러분, 안녕하세요.
2025년 봄학기 졸업을 준비하는 학생 여러분께 졸업 신청과 관련된 안내를 드립니다.
원활한 졸업 절차 진행을 위해 아래 내용을 꼼꼼히 확인하시고 기한 내에 필요한 서류를 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 졸업신청기한 및 절차

졸업 신청 마감: 2025년 3월 31일
졸업식 일정: 2025년 6월 2일 7시  (추후 이메일을 통해 안내 예정)

졸업을 신청한 학생께서는 반드시 교무과를 통해 졸업 요건 및 학점 이수를 점검 받으시기 바랍니다. (이미 점검을 완료한 경우 제외)

2. 제출해야할 서류 (3월 31일까지 제출)

다음 세 가지 서류를 작성하여 [email protected]로 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

1️) 졸업신청서

신청서에 본인 정보를 기입한 후 서명과 날짜를 작성합니다.
신청서 제출 후, 졸업비는 POPULI에서 납부하실 수 있으며, 납부 기한은 5월 1일까지입니다.

2️) 졸업 신앙 서약서

성명서를 읽고 동의하는 경우 서명합니다.
서명한 페이지만 제출하며, 나머지 내용은 본인이 보관합니다.

3️) 졸업 비전 선언문

자신의 비전과 목표를 정리하여 1페이지 이내로 작성합니다.

3. 졸업사정점검표 제출 (3월 31일까지 제출)

졸업사정 점검표는 3월 31일까지 [email protected]로 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.
각 항목을 확인한 후, 완료된 경우 해당 항목 옆 공란에 "OK"를 기입해 주세요.
I-20 학생의 경우, 반드시 DSO(국제학생 담당자)와 상담 후 서명을 받아야 합니다.

점검표 하단에 이름, 서명, 날짜를 기입하여 제출해 주세요.
3월 31일까지 미완료된 사항이 있더라도, 반드시 기한 내 제출을 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.

Spring 2025 Graduation Application Notice

Dear GMU Students,
Greetings from the Registrar’s Office.
This is an important notice for students planning to graduate in the Fall 2024 semester.

To ensure a smooth graduation process, please carefully review the following information and submit all required documents by the deadlines.

1. Graduation Application Deadline & Process

Application Deadline: March 31, 2025
Commencement Ceremony: June 2, 2025  7pm (Further details will be provided via email.)

All applicants must have their graduation credits reviewed by the Registrar’s Office after submitting their graduation application. (Students who have already completed this step are exempt.)

2. Required Documents (Due by March 31)

Please complete the following three documents and submit them to [email protected] by March 31.

1️) Graduation Request Form

• Fill out the form with your personal information, sign, and date it.
• After submitting your application, the graduation fee can be paid through POPULI.
• The full payment must be completed by May 1.

2️) Affirmation Statement of Biblical Foundations

Read the statement carefully, and if you agree, sign the document.
Keep the statement for your records and submit only the signed page.

3️) Graduation Testimonial and Vision Statement

Write a statement outlining your vision and future goals.
Please limit your statement to one page.

3. Submission of the Graduation Checklist (Due by March 31)

The Graduation Checklist must be submitted to [email protected] by November 30.
Read each question carefully and mark "OK" in the space provided if completed.
I-20 students must consult with the Designated School Official (DSO) and obtain a signature.

Even if certain requirements are not yet fulfilled by March 31, the checklist must still be submitted on time.
