Please note: Beginning July 25, Populi registration will be closed, and online registration will no longer be available.
Students who wish to register during the Late Registration period must email the following information to [email protected]:

Please note: Some schedules have been revised. Be sure to review the updated information.
Class meeting times may change depending on the instructor's schedule. Any changes will be highlighted in yellow and announced again.

3. Course Changes (Add/Drop)

Regular Registration Period

• July 6 – July 24
• Students may add or drop courses directly through Populi.

Add/Drop Period

• August 24 – September 8
• Submit an Add/Drop Form
• Fee: $20 per course

4. Important Information Before Registering

1) Selecting Courses by Language Track

Courses are offered in the following language tracks:

• Korean (KOR)
• English (ENG)
• Chinese (CHI)
• Indonesian (IND)
• Spanish (SPA)

Please make sure you register for courses offered in your designated language track.
(Please refer to the attached registration guide image.)

Students are responsible for selecting the required courses according to their Degree Plan.
Students planning to graduate within the next year are strongly encouraged to consult with their Program Director or the Registrar's Office regarding their graduation requirements before registering.

2) Course Delivery Methods

Courses are offered in three different formats:

1. Main Campus (In-person)
2. Zoom Live
3. Distance (Recorded Lectures)

Recorded lectures for Distance courses are generally uploaded within one week after class. Assignments must be submitted within two weeks.

Distance Registration

Students wishing to take a course through the Distance format must email the following information to [email protected] after registering in Populi:

• Student Name
• Course Number
• Course Title
• Indicate "Distance"

Please note:

• Once the Distance option has been selected, it cannot be changed.
• Students registered as Distance learners who wish to attend an in-person or Zoom class must first obtain approval from the course instructor.

International Students (F-1 / I-20)

Students studying under an I-20 are generally required to attend classes in person.
However, they may take one course via Distance or Zoom.
Courses designated as Online Only also count as the one permitted online course.
After registering, I-20 students must email the following information to [email protected]:

• Student Name
• Course Number
• Course Title
• Specify Distance or Zoom

Please note that this selection cannot be changed after submission.

3) Ministry Formation

Undergraduate.  :  PT401 – PT406

Graduate.   :   PT501 – PT506

Ministry Formation is a required course.

• 0.5 credit per semester
• Students should normally register sequentially beginning with PT401 (or PT501).
• If the course numbers were previously taken out of sequence, there is no problem with graduation.

Please review your Degree Plan carefully to ensure you complete the required number of credits for your program.
