2025년 가을학기 졸업신청 안내: Fall 2025 Graduation Application Notice

GMU 학생 여러분, 안녕하세요.

2025년 가을학기 졸업을 준비하는 학생 여러분께 졸업 신청과 관련된 안내를 드립니다.

원활한 졸업 절차 진행을 위해 아래 내용을 꼼꼼히 확인하시고 기한 내에 필요한 서류를 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 졸업신청기한 및 절차

1)   졸업 신청 마감: 2025년 10월 31일

2)   졸업식 일정: 2026년 6월 1일 7시  예정 (추후 이메일을 통해 안내 예정)

*** 졸업을 신청한 학생께서는 반드시 교무과를 통해 졸업 요건 및 학점 이수를 점검 받으시기 바랍니다. (이미 점검을 완료한 경우 제외) ***

1. 제출해야할 서류 (10월 31일까지 제출)

다음 세 가지 서류를 작성하여 [email protected]로 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

1)    졸업신청서

• 신청서에본인 정보를 기입한 후 서명과 날짜를 작성합니다.
• 신청서제출 후, 졸업비는 POPULI에서 납부하실 수 있으며,
• 납부기한은 10월31일까지입니다.

2)   졸업 신앙 서약서

• 성명서를읽고 동의하는 경우 서명합니다.
• 서명한페이지만 제출하며, 나머지 내용은 본인이 보관합니다.

3)   졸업 비전 선언문

• 자신의비전과 목표를 정리하여 1페이지 이내로 작성합니다.

4)   졸업 사정 점검표 제출 (10월 31일까지 제출)

• 졸업사정점검표는 10월 31일까지 [email protected]로 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.
  각 항목을 확인한 후, 완료된 경우 해당 항목 옆 공란에 "OK"를 기입해 주세요.

• I-20 학생의경우, 반드시 DSO(국제학생 담당자)와 상담 후 서명을 받아야 합니다.
• I-20담당자: 권한준교수님

• 10월31일까지 미완료된 사항이 있더라도, 반드시 기한 내 제출을 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.

Dear GMU Students,

We would like to provide important information regarding the graduation application for those preparing for graduation in the Fall 2025 semester.

Please review the following carefully and make sure to submit all required documents by the deadline to ensure smooth processing of your graduation.

1. Graduation Application Deadline and Procedure

1)   Graduation Application Deadline: October 31, 2025

2)   Commencement Ceremony: June 1, 2026, at 7:00 PM (further details will be announced via email)

Students applying for graduation must have their graduation requirements and credits reviewed by the Registrar’s Office. 

(Except for those who have already completed the review.)

1. Required Documents (Submit by October 31, 2025)

Please complete the following three documents and send them to [email protected].

1)   Graduation Application Form

• Fill out your personal information, sign, and date the form.
• After submission, the graduation fee can be paid through Populi.
• The payment deadline is October 31, 2025.

2)   Graduation Statement of Faith

• Read the statement carefully and sign if you agree.
• Submit only the signed page and keep the remaining pages for your records.

3)   Graduation Vision Statement

• Write your vision and goals in one page or less.

4)   Graduation Checklist (Submit by October 31, 2025)

• The Graduation Checklist must be submitted by October 31, 2025, to [email protected].

o   Review each item, and if completed, write “OK” in the blank space provided.

• For I-20 students, consultation and signature from the DSO (Designated School Official) is required.

Please fill in your name, signature, and date at the bottom of the checklist before submitting.

• Even if some items are not yet completed, the checklist must be submitted by the deadline.
